Improvised sword cutting

Improvised sword cuts inspired by Bolognese fencing, and dall’Agocchie’s solo form. Improvised cutting such as displayed here is a great way to train flow and technique, as well as to study how your own body and mind naturally work with the sword. You can also use it to better integrate set sequences and actions to your own style of movement. Every now and then it is good to make a video of yourself, so that you can track your progress and see mistakes you might not otherwise be able to spot.
