CAPREOL X- COUNTRY SKI 5K BIG BLUE BIRD HILL... CAPLOOSH! Took a face plant & at my age 74, & with Parkinsonism, no injuries was a miracle!! Okay I’m an idiot!! Especially after freezing rain, frigging dangerous. I won’t do that again soon. I’ll wait for another foot of snow first.
