He speaks and turns to Dr Herbert Evatt, Chairman of United Nation Organisation (UNO) who replies. Pan along balcony to show Garry Davis, self proclaimed World Citizen No 1 struggling with two people while shouting something. Russian delegate Vyshinsky, Soviet Secretary of External Affairs, standing up. Garry Davis saying ’Shall I speak to the people?’ Close up shot of another man shouting from balcony, interrupting.
