850csi 1994 Detroit Auto Show car

BMW made this special 850CSi for the 1994 Detroit Auto Show. With a color so rare, BMW did not then even have a code for it (Aqua Blau Metallic) and a flavor of wood only a handful of cars ever received, and much more... The restoration of this car was my labor of love for over 3 years. I have mixed feelings about it going to auction in a few days, but as much as I love this thing - I never drive it. I don’t dare park it anywhere, even if I did drive it. It is basically Fine Art masquerading as a car. Hopefully, Esmerelda’s new custodian will appreciate her as much as I have.
