Leon Redbone- Rare Film Appearance In The Movie Candy Mountain

Candy Mountain (1988) is a movie about a struggling musician who sets out to find the legendary guitar maker Elmore Silk, with whom he hopes to strike a deal to make himself rich and famous. Roberts Blossom plays Archie, the father cop to the son cop (Leon Redbone) who arrests the main character Julius (Kevin J. O’ Connor) when he crashes into a parked boat. This scene ends with Leon Redbone and Roberts Blossom singing “On The Road To Nowhere“.
