Full title reads: “Torbay Regatta - Trawlers at Brixham“. Devon. Various shots of large yachts and trawlers racing off Devon coast. We see boats lining up for start of sailing race. We hear race officials, sitting on an anchored vessel, count down from 10. A miniature cannon is fired. The race is for the King George V cup. Over shots of race, we hear the officials calling out the times of different boats. The officials have west country accents. ’Torbay Lass’ wins the race, beating ’Valerian’ (2nd) and ’Astra’ (3rd).
