Dough:
Kefir - 500 ml
Flour - 700 - 750 gr. Flour for working with dough.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Soda - 1/2 tsp
The dough should be very soft.
Fry in a dry frying pan over medium-high heat.
After each frying, the frying pan must be wiped clean of burnt flour.
Dip them in hot water to remove the burnt flour; afterwards they are still very tender and soft.
