Mauboussin Sapphire and Diamond Art Deco Ring M1362

This very fine Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring by Mauboussin Paris features an elongated octagonal-cut blue sapphire of approximately 14 carats. Mounted in four platinum claws, and flanked on each side by a single baguette-cut diamond on stepped shoulders. French assay marks on the outer shank. Accompanied by a certificate from Mauboussin stating that the ring was originally sold in 1935, at the peak of the Art Deco movement.
