One Tank-Russian Victory Day, Wagner Warns Generals “Deceiving“ Putin, Ukraine Wants Shells Faster

Russia claims it launched massive strike by “seaborne and airborne precision weapons” against the Ukrainian army’s reserves and ammo depots. Prigozhin said Ukrainians are “tearing the flanks“ in the Bakhmut region, and are “regrouping in Zaporizhzhia.“ Russian President Putin watched a single WWII tank drive down the Red Square, as part of Moscow’s scaled back Victory Day parade. This year’s parade reportedly had a total of 51 vehicles in comparison to 131 last year and 197 in 2021. Meanwhile, Prigozhin accused Moscow’s top generals of trying to “deceive“ Putin over the war in Ukraine. He also questioned the Kremlin’s ability to defend the country as Ukraine prepares for a spring offensive and is attacking Belgorod. Zelensky has urged the EU for faster deliveries of artillery shells, as Ukraine prepares for its much-awaited counteroffensive. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said the EU must not be “intimidated” by Putin’s show of force.” #russia #russiau
