Man Attempting to Steal Car Sees Owner Sitting Inside and Flees - 1475009

This man came up to this driveway, assuming no one was around, to steal this car. However, as he tried to unlock the automobile door, he made eye contact with the car’s owner, who was seated inside, and instantly ran away. The owner tried to catch him, but he fled in another car, although he did manage to get the car’s license plate.
