Government Banquet Hall

The Government Banquet Hall “Smolna“ is situated on the southern Esplanade in Helsinki, only two steps from Market Square. The building, designed by Carl Ludwig Engel, was turned into the Government Banquet Hall in 1964. It provides the Government and the Prime Minister with banqueting and negotiating premises.
