It’s a quick and easy meal that can be customized. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #healthyrecipes #omelet #besan #spicy Ingredients Quantity Potato peeled 2 no Carrot cut into julienne 1 no Onion sliced 1 no Green capsicum julienne 1 no Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp Green Chilli chopped 3-4 no Carom seeds 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil 1 tbsp Gram flour 1 cup Asafoetida a pinch Carom seeds 1 tsp Red Chilli powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Salt to taste Water as required Method 1. Take peeled potato and cut it into julienne and transfer to a mixing bowl. 2. Now add carrot julienne, sliced onion, green capsicum julienne, chopped fresh coriander, chopped green chili, carom seeds, salt and mix well. 3. Place a pan on medium heat and heat the oil and add the vegetable mixture and let it for a minute. 4. In another mixing bowl, add gram flour, a pinch of asafoetida, carom seeds, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and make a runny batter. 5. Now add on top of some batter and cover the pan with a lid and turn on a low flame cooked for a two minute. 6. Now flip the omelet and fry for a minute. 7. Now side out in serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
