Zouk Atoms - Introductory course - 1 of 10

Dear dancers! The new zouk atoms are here! If you are looking for a new way to continue developing your zouk, you are in the right place! The zouk atoms are a system to organize the footwork and the headwork of brazilian zouk and we, Olga and Fernando from Bremen (Germany), have created this introductory course for you. This is a course for dancers that already dance brazilian zouk and the first videos about the footwork and the headwork will give you a taste of the system. You will learn to combine 6 atoms - on the website you will find up to 100 atoms! - and to dance them with head movements in different ways. === COURSE PROGRAM === FOOTWORK - A first exercise with four atoms - Basic step and cross step - BF-360 - Inverted lateral HEADWORK - Technique about the head movements and dancing the basic step and the cross step with head movements. - Lateral with head movements. - BF-360 with tilted turn. - Inverted lateral with head movements We will add some demos too, showing you how you could dance
