PBT ESTHER PROTZMAN @ KC 2019

We are living in a culture where ’dance/ballet-classes’ do not stand on their own anymore. With all the knowledge of today we benefit from some ’helping-exercises’ to improve placement, flexibility, core-stability, to strengthen the muscles and to avoid injuries. The exercises will be a great tool to use when injuries did occur already or when coming back from an operation. From my experience these exercises can’t do any harm. They can be fun to do and you will benefit from these exercises in your ballet-classes. The ball will help you find the truth. Better placement, control and consciousness will follow as you ’awake’ the right muscles for your technique-lessons. Enjoy! DO work with an instructor, you will find one near you on the PBT website.
