[WCT USA] - Group C - Team Empire v No Cap

For WCT merch check out - The second match from Group C sees Team Empire from New York take on No Cap from Texas. Re: the DTR in Chase 5. This was similar to the situation in Group B - Antidote PK v Ollo - Chase 8 when Emic called the Tag but it got disallowed after the DTR. However, the decision to stop the Chase was not made by the Chaser (as it was in the example above) but by the Quad-side referees. Because of this, Gordo was denied the opportunity to go for a 2nd tag. This was a definite mistake from WCT and there is no doubt that we should have re-run the Chase. Unfortunately, this was quite a turning point in the match. No Cap had just equalised so the decision to award an Evasion put them ahead and also left Jarrod on the Quad as the Evader (rested after the DTR break) who was able to go on and score an additional Evasion. Would the outcome have been different if the Chase hadn’t been stopped and Gordo went on to get a second Tag? E
