Belarus president Lukashenko appears breathless amid speculation he is seriously ill

Mr Lukashenko was last seen in public on 9 May at Victory Day events. In a video posted on Telegram by state outlet Pul Pervogo, the Belarusian president sounds breathless as he addresses military colleagues.
