IBM Power2 MCM from RS6000 Computer, Desolder, Teardown and how to Tutorial

In this video we will disassemble a IBM Power 2 CPU board out of an RS6000 IBM computer. The multi core cpu or also called MCM needs to get decapsulated from the heatsink, desoldered from the pcb without damaging and some cleaning to get a nice collectible piece to display in my collection. Face with me together the challenges this teardown brought. At the end this can be also a tutorial for you to get some ideas how to desolder such big chips from a pcb.
