LIVE: Pro-Palestine protesters hit Berlin streets amid tensions with Israel

Demonstrators in support of Palestine are gathering in Berlin on Friday, May 14 amid the escalation of tensions between Palestine and Israel. Violence has erupted in recent days amid protests in East Jerusalem over possible evictions of Palestinian families from Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood. Clashes that began at the Al-Aqsa compound escalated into an exchange of rockets between Hamas and Israel on Monday. As of Friday morning, 113 people, including at least 31 children, have been killed in Gaza Strip alone. At least 600 people have been wounded.
