@acooknamedMatt and I are back in the kitchen - but this time, we have a very special guest joining us... Haven! Basically, Havie is the reason Matt and I know each other, so it only made sense for her to join us. Growing up in a Mexican American home, tortillas were everything. Not only did we eat them with literally every meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner - but I would make them from scratch with my grandma (cue all of the nostalgia feels). So Matt decided to kick up the classic quesadilla a notch and we added #kimchi! I’m not sure I would’ve come up with this duo on my own, but (spoiler alert) - it was beyond delish.
