Wolakota Buffalo Release Celebration (2021)

On October 22nd, 60 bison were released to the pastures of the Wolakota Buffalo Range, a bison and cultural restoration project for the Sicangu Lakota Oyate. Supporters of the project gathered to celebrate the success of the project, which is led by the Rosebud Economic Development Corporation.
