Maki Itoh - The fired idol

Maki Itoh started her entertainment career in 2012, joining the idol group LinQ. She would get introduced to wrestling when being invited to be a part of DDT’s idol lumberjack deathmatch. Itoh originally was excited to perform there as the venue, Sumo Hall, would be the biggest audience Itoh had performed for. Despite the attention Maki Itoh’s idol career is becoming lack luster with her not having many fans turn up for her during fan meet and greets. She decides to join DDT’s sister promotion, Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, as a part time wrestler, part time idol.
