The new Ferrara 100’ rear-mount aerial of FDNY Ladder Company 4 is seen here responding from its quarters on 8th Avenue. 4 Truck and Battalion Chief 9 are responding to an odor of gas in a building. Engine 54 was already out. At 01:25 you’ll hear the roar of a NYPD police vehicle as it speeds past me and then at 01:33 you will see it activate its emergency lights.
