[Manhattan] Crane Collapse after 9/11 ceremony - Rare catches of responding emergency services

I was at the fire house of FDNY engine 1 and ladder 24 on 9/11/18 where they were helding the 9/11 memorial ceremony when they were suddenly called 2nd due to a collapse of beams from a crane. After heading to the scene I was still able to film some rare emergency vehicles such as Homeland Security, State Troopers, Unmarked FDNY cars, Emergency Management, NYPD Borough Command unit, MTA ESU, NYPD SRG.. These agencies probably all responded due to it being the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and the fear of another big incident. Luckily no injuries were reported. Enjoy the video.
