The Megyn Kelly Show host Megyn Kelly says Joe Biden is “losing it mentally” after the US President was filmed nibbling a baby’s shoulder. “There is not a normal parent who goes over to a stranger’s child and mock eats their upper shoulder to say hello,” Ms Kelly told Sky News host Paul Murray. “It’s bizarre.”
