The intervals are set due to the general rhythm of your workout intentions and in my case they are 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. ► DURATION: 30 minutes ►TIMER: 30 sec on, 10 sec off ►MUSCLES WORKED: full body ► INTENSITY: medium ► CALORIES BURNT: 180-270 ► EQUIPMENT: no equipment ► DIFFICULTY: all levels This routine can be modified according to your level of physical fitness and may be performed instead of any cardio, strength training or stretch routine as it combines all three.
