BSA Lone Scout Samuel earns his Webelos Patch in this Physically Distanced Ceremony #ScoutMeIn

Samuel is a Lone Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, because we live most of the year in India, 13 hours from the nearest BSA Pack and Troop. Yesterday, he finished his last Webelos requirement, which means he has earned his Webelos Patch! On to Arrow of Light!
