Arch Archery (1930)

A new idea for Garden Fetes or Bazaars is suggested. Several women stand in a row. They aim bows and arrows at balloons which bob about in the air. They seem to be attached to strings. C/U of the balloons. M/S of the girls aiming at the balloons. Shot of some of the balloons being burst. Various shots of the girls taking aim and firing at the balloons. Intertitle reads: “What the bulls-eye sees of the arrow.“ Side angle of a row girls taking aim. Shot from behind the girls to show their targets - proper archery targets. Unusual shot supposedly from inside the target. This is probably a mask placed over the camera to simulate the “bulls-eye view“. Various shots of girls firing their arrows.
