Jett Shadow Nerfed in patch

#shorts dangggg btw the left side is AFTER right side if BEFORE i am sleepy and heading to bed so i might have made small mistakes forgib me also i had 200 ping on the after portion and 50 on the before portion that’s why there might be small delays u might see which i stated as not changed. the only change i roughly noticed is the weapon dray thing. haven’t tested if the ult draw has also changed when dashing but the ult draw is the same while updrafting i think
