Strings Around the World - Tuva Journey

In August 2018, I traveled to Tuva, a Turkic republic in Central Asia, in order to learn about Tuvan music and culture, make music with Tuvan musicians and get an ’igil’ for myself, which is their traditional string instrument. I feel lucky to have met wonderful people, and the land fascinated me.
