相搏 XIANG BO fight without strikes and grips

A key concept of Xiang Bo is to seek out the opponent’s back. It is an ancient attitude, in Far Eastern cultures it was believed (and is still believed) that spirits and demons attacked human beings from behind, clinging to the back or penetrating the dorsal Shu points. Naturally in Xiang Bo the opponent wants to “look“ at our back and there are therefore innumerable methods for exercising this skill.
