Many people know the legend about foundation of Vilnius, Capital of Lithuania and an iron wolf howling on the mountain, which Gedemin saw in a dream. According to the legend on the place where the wolf howled the Duke built the city. In the XIII century, there was a thick forest, and now, thanks to the efforts of our ancestors, stands a modern big city. This animated film was created in order to show that this history is alive and still finds its reflection in the urban space. Technique: texture painting, puppet animation. Every detail of the wolf and the panorama was drawn separately and then collected in the overall composition.
