Joh. Seb. Bach: Menuet 1 und 2, BWV 1006, 4. Movement

It was an experiment for me trying to play a Violin Partita on the Four-Course-Guitar. It is tuned in quarts (a1, e1, c and g), the Violin is tuned in quints. So the violin has a wider range. My deepest string is also a g-string, like the violin. I played from the faximile of the autograph. It is very intersting to play from Bachs handwriting. It is possible to play most of the parts originally. Only a few phrases or single notes I had to transpose an octave higher. The Preludio will come later on youtube ;-)
