Hey friends! This one has been requested a few times, so here it is finally. The Caipirinha may be difficult to say, but it’ oh so easy to drink :D It uses Cachaca, which is a sugar cane distillate, similar to rum. Cachaca has a little bit more of an earthiness to it, though, which in my mind puts it somewhere between rum and tequila. Here’s how you make it: -cut up half a lime into 6 pieces (or more if you like more) -add 2 big spoons of sugar (superfine if possible) -muddle the lime/sugar
