Visualizing PTR changes to Human

Visualizing some of the changes to human in patch released to PTR October 6, 2020. 1) Rifle cooldown decreased to from 1.4 (buff) 2) Peasant HP increased to 230 from 220 (buff) 3) Spellbreaker armor reduced to 2 from 3 (nerf)
