F.E. Hockey power skating and skills development camp - Toronto 2020

We have a wide selection of training opportunities coming in the summer of 2020, including a return to Toronto Canada! This years camp will be available for players born 2006 to 2011, as well as our Junior/College/Pro group. All the details for our upcoming camps can be found at . This years camp will featuring exclusive off ice training from sports science specialists FITS Toronto. ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️ Off Ice training with FITS: We are FITS Toronto, the Sport Science facility located inside of Scotiabank Pond excited to bring our Integrated Athletic Development System in partnership with the FE Hockey Camp. The partnership is based on a shared philosophy of how to develop motor control for injury prevention, skill development and ultimately for sport performance. For this camp, we want share insights and data between off-ice and on-ice coaches to reduce injury risk and to improve sport development. By having a detailed Athletic Development Motor Control Framework and Key Standards we have a road-map that is used for each athlete during our Integrated On-Ice Programs.
