Xing Yi (形意拳)

Che style Xingyiquan is still a relatively rare branch Xingyiquan practiced in Shanxi Province. The style was taught by Che Yizhai, one of famous disciples of Li Laoneng, and is known for compact stances, focus on agile and evasive footwork, fast, relaxed but powerful hand techniques as well as emphasizing importance of the internal skill.
