Exercise to Lower Blood Sugar, Boost Mood and Improve Health
10 minutes of exercise can do wonders to boost mood, improve health, and lower blood sugar. When it’s difficult finding time or motivation to exercise, a 10 minute walking workout is a great start and it’ll often energize you so you’ll want to do more. If time is an issue, try to fit in a bunch of short workouts throughout the day. If you’re just starting out with exercise, aim to get in a 10 minute workout every day until it becomes a habit. Once you accomplish a routine, you can add on and do more when you’re ready. Total step count today is 1105 steps.
