Both Ateneo and DLSZ scored a goal each during the game, forcing it into overtime. No one scored during the 30 minutes of overtime, forcing a penalty shootout. This game was played in the afternoon of February 3, 2016. The penalty shootout began at 5:40 pm and ended just before 6pm.
