Dimitri Bashkirov - Master Class in Berlin: Asen Tanchev 1/2

Tanchev worked with Bashkirov among other works on the “Allegro copn brio“ of the Piano Sonata No. 21 in C major Op. 53 (Waldstein) by Ludwig van Beethoven. Dimitri Bashkirov, one of the best and most famous piano professors worldwide, gave a master class from April 16th to 20th, 2012 in Berlin. The Studio Niculescu arranged the master class in cooperation with the C. Bechstein Pianofortefabrik AG. More than 20 young pianists applied for the master class. Eight activ participants of the master class performed in the closing concert on April 20th in the stilwerk Berlin as part of C. Bechstein’s Piano Concert Series 2012.
