With a scale-length of 762 mm, the MV-4MSB Gotoh is perfect for players with smaller hands, or those who find larger basses cumbersome. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack the same punch as that of its bigger siblings. You still get a bass with a thunderous bottom-end, just in a smaller format! MV-4MSB Gotoh features an alder body with a bolt-on caramelized Canadian maple neck, for a snappy note response. To help enhance the tone and sustain, we added a bridge with brass saddles and a graphite nut. The MV-4MSB’s low-end growl is powered by two Roswell Alnico 5 pickups loaded on its gorgeous 4-ply tortoise-shell pickguard.
