From a young age, Tasha was immersed in performing arts, cheerleading, and show choir competitions. She played nearly every sport growing up, became a marathon runner, and has spent the last six years teaching spin classes, blending fitness with performance. Music has always been a central part of Tasha’s life. As a child, she would spend hours in her room, obsessing over songs, recording her favorites on tape, and dancing with abandon to JLO and Britney Spears.
