[TAS] CCM 2nd Slide 1up Without Dying

There’s a 1up in the CCM shortcut which clips out of the tunnel before mario can reach it (different from the first 1up in the shortcut which is trivial to get). The only way to get this 1up involved dying immediately after This method lets you live after collecting the 1up, as long as you have 3 hours to spare. Start GWK was done by @sm64expert39
