Modern Fondant Ruffle Cake | Cake Decorating Tutorial

In this cake decorating tutorial, I show you how I made this show stopping fondant ruffle cake:) This is a stunner of a modern abstract design for sure! You could do this in any color you would like and it would still be gorgeous. I would consider this more of an intermediate to advanced design. So some fondant experience would come in handy. I did this with a 6’ and an 8“ cake dummy but using cake would give you the same result. Decorate with flowers or just let it stand alone!
