I decided to make this video because I love these two characters and the fact that they bonded a lot in The Defenders series. You can interpret this video however you like, you can see Matt and Jessica as friends or as a couple, it’s okay either way. The plot is simple: there’s Jessica who’s trying to cope with Matt’s death and get over it, but she can’t. She mourns him and remembers their past (black and white scenes). One day, she sees him in the crowd, she follows him, but she doesn’t manage to approach him. Matt is alive and he can’t hide anymore, so he reaches out to Jessica and tells her what happened to him after Midland Circle. I hope you’ll like it!
