Very good film of US President Woodrow Wilson, United States of America (USA). Most likely shots are from train tour in September of 1919 to promote the League of Nations, though it could also be election campaign tour. Tracking shot from train looking back at large crowd walking towards camera waving. Includes some soldiers and marines. C U (profile) Wilson on train, waving, he then looks at camera and grins.
