Mal O’Brien

Mal O’Brien was named Rookie of the Year at the 2021 CrossFit Games after securing a 7th place finish. She also competed at the CrossFit Games twice as a teen and, even though she still had one year left to compete against the 16-17 Girls, O’Brien decided to shoot for the Individual division instead.
