For a slimmer nose appearance, you can try the following exercises daily for 30 days:
1. **Nose Pinching**: Pinch the tip of your nose with your thumb and index finger, holding for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10-15 times.
2. **Nose Flare**: Flare your nostrils and hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.
3. **Nose Lengthening**: With your index finger, gently push the tip of your nose upwards while looking in the mirror. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat several times.
4. **Cheek Lifts**: Smile widely, raising your cheeks towards your eyes. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat 10-15 times.
