Őserdei ösvényeken - A bükkábrányi mocsárciprus-erdőtől a Pannon-tenger Múzeumig

A bükkábrányi lignitbányában 2007 nyarán fedezték fel azt a különleges, mintegy 7 millió éves mocsárciprus-erdő részletet, melynek 4 tagját a Herman Ottó Múzeumba szállították. Filmünkben most újra átélhetjük a 10 évvel ezelőtti izgalmakat, és az utána következő nehézségeket, melyek végeredményeként 2013-ban megnyílt a fákat, és teljes földtörténeti korukat bemutató kiállítás. ------------- On trails of primitive forests - From the bald-cypress forest of Bükkábrány to the Pannon Sea Museum It happened in the summer of 2007 that a 7 million years old bald-cypress forest part was discovered in the lignite mine of Bükkábrány. Four of its members were transported to the Herman Ottó Museum.
