Koncovka solo (Slovakian flute)

Hi! My name is Ashley! Welcome to my channel. Today I’m really excited to share with you an overtone flute. Although overtone flutes are found in many cultures thoughtout the world, this one that I am sharing with you today is called a koncovka and is made in Slovakia. What is so unique about these flutes are their lack of finger holes. I’m playing with overtones by varying my air speed, in addition to opening and closing the end of the flute with my finger.
