MS20 style vcf filter

This is a standalone VCF which runs on any standard boss style -tip 9v DC adaptor (up to 200ma) and uses a LT1054 voltage doubler IC to provide 17 and -17v. Based around OTA LM13700 Multimode; lowpass, highpass, HP/LP mixed True Bypass
